Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Final sale, clearance, or personalized/customized items cannot be returned unless defective.
Reasons for Return
We accept returns for the following:

Damaged or defective items upon delivery
Return Shipping Cost And Labels
Change of Mind, Size, or Color Returns:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and arranging their own return label.
Wrong or Defective Items:
If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, Neckwright will issue a prepaid return label at no extra cost.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee is charged on returns.
Return Process
Email us at support@neckwright.store within 14 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
We will confirm your return request and provide instructions:
For customer-responsible returns (change of mind, size, color), you will arrange and pay for shipping.
For defective/wrong items, we will email you a prepaid return label.
Ship the item back as instructed.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will only be credited back to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, check with your bank or card provider.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report damaged or defective items immediately at support@neckwright.store with photos.
We will provide a prepaid return label and either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost.
